One Great Resource
Let’s get going.
Personal Insight 🤯
This MFM episode is pure fire.
Especially the idea of living your life based on the bell curve meme template.
You are either super naive or super wise about the issue
You are never acting like an annoying mid guy
Life-changing.
Problem to Solve 👹
Speaking for non-natives
Have you tried recording a 20-minute video? It’s torture.
Have you tried recording a 20-minute without being native in English? It’s torture².
We have Grammarly to help people like me to write better.
When will we have a tool that makes you speak better?
Random Observation 🔮
Most marketers only sell the rational and emotional value of using the product.
It’s a good start. But it’s not enough.
People are social beings. We seek validation and appreciation from other people. Your marketing can’t ignore this rule.
That’s why you should also sell social benefits from buying your product. You need to highlight how other people will see your customers. Elegantly.
Selling a budget-controlling app? Show your users that they will be viewed as responsible adults (they want this validation).
Selling an automation tool? Promote the idea that your users will be viewed as productivity hackers (they seek it).
Make people feel good about themselves.
They will pay you back.
Thought-provoking Question 🔋
What 3 features make your product “your product”?
People don’t care about your dark mode and confetti animations. They only remember features that deliver the promised value (your transformation).
If you remove these features, nobody will buy from you. Because your product stops being “your product”. It stops being valuable.
Find these features. Promote them the most.
Great Resource 🏈
You only have 5 minutes for marketing this week?
First — 🙄.
Second — spend them on improving your Heading 1.
